My client requires experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to oversee the running of their residential provision in the Wigan area.
The position of Deputy Manager will involve assisting with ensuring the home operates within the CQC regulations and guidelines and the management and leadership of the whole staff team.
To apply for the position of Deputy Manager you will have extensive experience of working within Mental health provisions, support Young People and Young Adults. It is essential that you have leadership and supervisory experience and a managerial care qualification would be beneficial.
Salary – From £10.82ph + sleeps (negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours – Shift hours + sleeps to begin with, moving on to Monday to Friday
