Ashberry Recruitment are looking for kind and compassionate individuals to support children and young people throughout North West England

We are looking for extremely passionate, driven and resilient support workers & senior support workers, to help to shape the lives of young people in the Looked After system, with the ability to engage and form positive relationships with them.

 It would be advantageous but not essential to have experience in any of the below:

• Working within a Children’s Residential Home
• Supporting young people in Leaving Care
• Supporting children and young people with Challenging Behaviours and Complex Needs
• Supporting children and young people with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
• Supporting children and young people who may experience Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties or Child Sexual Exploitation
• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce / Residential Childcare
• Driver

 Salary – £8.72-£11.40 per hour + sleeps

Hours – Casual / Full time / Part time

Shifts – Earlies / Lates / Long days / Sleep / Nights
