Location: Leeds
Hours: 37 hours per week | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to manage a complex caseload, including:

• Child and Family Assessments
• Child in Need
• Child Protection
• Care Proceedings through to permanence

This role involves lead practitioner responsibilities (not line management) and requires working collaboratively with other social workers.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a driver with access to a car
• Clean DBS required

Working Arrangements:

• Office-based during duty weeks
• Hybrid working (e.g., one WFH day or compressed hours) negotiable on non-duty weeks, depending on team needs.
