The role is full time. Normal working pattern of Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Mainly office based but some flexible working can be arranged with manager.
Experience in working on a CMHT is ESSENTIAL
On a busy Community Mental Health Team for Older People. To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to complete Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, support plans, S117 and Mental Health Review’s and risk assessments.
