This particular requirement is for an Agency Social Worker to join our client Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council to work within their Adult Review Team!
What our client says:
Stockport Council Adult Social Care Service would like to recruit a qualified and experienced social worker to join a temporary Review Team for a period of twelve months.
The role will involve undertaking targeted work across the service to facilitate timely reviews and to ensure quality and compliance.
The work will be a mainly home working, however you will be undertaking face to face reviews in the community.
The desired social worker will be experienced of working with adult service users and experienced of working with Learning Disabilities services, undertaking CHC reviews.
Attainment of Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
The post is full-time which equates to a 37 hours working time sheet Monday – Friday.

Lastly, we don’t have an office so candidates will be working from home and just go to face to face meetings and home visits to complete the reviews. Some of these can be over the phone.
