Children’s Team Manager

Due to an internal promotion a temporary vacancy has arisen within the South Court & Locality Service based at Etrop Court, Wythenshawe.
The successful candidate will join a team of 5 other Team Managers who are responsible for managing a team of 6 Social Workers, ranging from ASYE, grade 7 and Advanced Practitioners.
The team are responsible for the management of children and families subject to CIN and CP plans, pre-proceedings; care proceedings and cared for children.
The candidate will have access to regular supervision and training; they will join a team of experienced Team Managers who are committed to service delivery and the best outcomes for children and families.
The post is based at Etrop Court in Wythenshawe where there is free parking available.
Working hours are 8.45am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The post requires candidates to be mainly office based but there is opportunity to work from home with agreement from the line manager.
Rate up to £45/46, depending on experience.
