Details:
We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Children’s Disability Service. This role involves working with children supported a CIN, CP, LAC and during proceedings. As an experienced social worker you will work with children and their families to undertake robust assessments and formulate plans which are ambitious and reflect the needs of the child. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely review of plans to ensure that children receive the right help at the right time.

This vacancy is to cover a period of secondment by the post holder.

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.

• Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
• Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
