We are seeking a social worker with experience of working in a Duty and Assessment team.
Duty week is every 4-5 weeks, this consists of:
-Completing initial assessments.
-Attending strategy meetings and undertaking S47 investigations.
-Formulating and executing CIN plans/CIN reviews.
-Step up/progress cases to ICPCC/PLO and court. PLO/Court experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Flexibility:
-Hybrid working and working from home is supported as long as work is completed.

Expectation to be in the office for at least 1 day a week (team day) on a non-duty week. Social worker will need to be in the office every day only on the duty week.
