Rate: £34.86 + ( Negotiated depending on experience )

We are looking for Social Work Practitioners who are able to undertake work across the Social Work teams at Sefton, including:-

Child in Need

Child Protection

Children in Care

Children with Disability

They believe training and supervision is key to their workforce, and this will be available for anyone who joins Sefton.

Consistency and stability is important to them, and are able to offer 6 month contracts to those that join them and pay can be negotiated, subject to previous experience and suitable reference checks.

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
• Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups
• Possess knowledge of service needs.
• Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
• Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
• Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
