Ashberry Recruitment are looking to recruit a Customer Services Operator for our client based in Skipton.
This role will cover varying administrative duties to support the Customer Services Team including inputting customer orders, cash handling, data processing and in-house auditing.
The successful applicant must have a strong attention for detail and ability for working to procedures. We would expect that the successful candidate has an excellent telephone manner as well as being very proficient with the use of Computer IT and specifically Microsoft Office Applications.
Knowledge of Sage Accounts and Payroll is not essential but would be beneficial.
Specific Duties Include:
The position will be based on 40 hours a per week and will be over a 5-day working pattern which could include a Saturday. Start time 7.00am.
A company pension scheme is also in place.
