The successful applicant will be experienced in the leadership and supervision of a staff team, and working to all necessary legislation including Ofsted guideline, Working Together and the Quality Standards.
On their behalf, we are looking to appoint an ambitious, driven and inspirational individual with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people placed in residential care due to a mental health diagnosis.
The role will involve the management of a rota, compilation of care plans and our client seeks a Deputy Manager who can effectively liaise with both their in-house multi-disciplinary team and outside agencies including Ofsted & CQC, with an expectation to be committed to professional development.

Applicants for the post of Deputy Manager must hold an NVQL3 Residential Child Care or equivalent. Driving licence essential. We are particularly interested in those candidates working towards or already qualified to NVQL5.
