Ashberry Recruitment is currently looking for Ad Hoc Housing Assistant for our well-respected client based in the Fleetwood area.

The successful candidate will be an essential member of the team, to maintain a safe and secure environment for the clients.

Role Information

• Support the clients as and when required
• Work as part of a dedicated team to manage high quality accommodation and services, ensuring the successful running of the building
• Act as a first point of contact for the premises, responding to all enquiries via phone, email or in person
• Maintain the safety and security of clients, colleagues, visitors, contractors as well as the premise, and equipment

Responsibilities

• Aid or guidance to our client’s customers supporting them to fulfil the terms of their occupancy agreement and proactively following procedures when this is not the case
• Encourage feedback from clients, recording and responding to any complaints and compliments
• Proactively raise any concerns about any clients with the Housing Officer
• Report any concerns about any customer welfare in accordance with the relevant Local Authority policies and procedures, and the internal process
• Take appropriate immediate action in emergency situations; contacting the emergency services and promptly informing the on-call manager with full details and further action as required
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and workflows, working practices and principles as documented in the Independence and wellbeing framework

Requirements for the role

• Enhanced DBS Check – this can be arranged if you don’t currently have one
