Italian Sales Administrator

Burnley, Lancashire, UK Permanent, Full Time £22000 - £22000 per annum

Ashberry Recruitment are working very closely with a very respected client to find an Italian Sales Administrator.

The successful candidate would be based permanently at our clients Burnley office and would communicate via telephone and email to existing customers and agents, working closely with our client’s sales manager based in Italy.

Key Tasks

  • Accept and process customer orders in ERP system
  • Handle customer enquiries / complaints in timely manner
  • Process customer return requests in timely manner
  • Work with freight companies / third party logistics company to ensure delivery and to resolve issues
  • Support and work with Italian Sales Manager and Agents
  • Work with Managers in ensuring accurate customer pricing
  • Work with credit control in establishing customer credit limits / applications
  • Work with finance on calculating and finalising annual customer rebates
  • Production of weekly / monthly sales reports to both Sales Managers and Agents

 Essential Skills

  • Excellent Italian communication skills are essential (both written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English
  • Computer literate using Microsoft applications and ERP systems
  • Well organised with a structured approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent team player
