We are seeking a part-time (18.5 hrs pw) senior social worker for our Children’s Integrated Front Door to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will have worked previously within a MASH/Screening Team and will be able to work at pace. The candidate will have a clear understanding of thresholds, be able to undertake risk assessments, complete safety plans and analyse information from multiple sources to inform plans and ensure children receive the level of service/help they require at the right time.
Previous experience of working within a sign of safety framework and using Mosaic is preferred.
Working arrangements will follow the following pattern: Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Wed; Week 2 – Mon, Tues. Hybrid working arrangements are in place – currently a minimum of 2 days in the office on the 3-day week and 1 day in the office on the 2-day week.
