Receptionist

Apprenticeship opportunity

Full time (38.75 hours per week)

08:45-17:30

Monday – Friday

• Answering, fielding, and managing all incoming calls for a busy specialist recruitment agency
• Other administrative responsibilities TBC
• Use of in-house CRM, bespoke IT systems, Microsoft & Google Docs

Out of Hours Team Members (Weekends)

£9.23ph

Part Time (15.5-21 hours per week)

Friday 17:00-22:30, Saturday 08:00-16:45/14:45-22:30, Sunday 08:00-16:45/14:45-22:30

Home working option available

• Answering, fielding, and managing all incoming ‘Out of Hours’ calls for a busy specialist recruitment agency
• Arranging ad-hoc cover for a variety of specialist services across the housing and social care sectors
• Dealing with a variety of queries including timesheet submissions and approvals
• Use of in-house CRM, bespoke IT systems, Microsoft & Google Docs

Account Managers

£19,500pa plus bonus

Full time (38.75 hours per week)

08:45-17:30 (with flexibility due to bonus scheme)

Monday – Friday

• Management of existing client ad candidate base across a busy specialist, temporary Housing recruitment desk
• Arranging ad-hoc cover for a variety of specialist services across the housing sector (services which support the homeless, drug & alcohol misusers, ex-offenders, those at risk of domestic violence)
• Dealing with a variety of queries including timesheet submissions and approvals
• Use of in-house CRM, bespoke IT systems, Microsoft & Google Docs
