Ashberry offer this exciting opportunity to join our client as a Registered Manager of a brand new home for young people presenting with emotional and behavioural difficulties in the Bradford area.
The successful applicant will be a highly experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving and sustaining Outstanding or Good Ofsted ratings within children’s homes for children aged 8-16.
You will be proficient in the leadership, supervision and appraisal of a staff team, including the recruitment and selection of such, as well as working to all necessary legislation including Ofsted guideline, Working Together and the Quality Standards.
On their behalf, we are looking to appoint a dynamic, driven and motivated individual with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people who enjoys the autonomy of setting up and running their own home.
Our client seeks a Registered Manager who can effectively liaise with outside agencies and Ofsted, always striving to achieve successful ratings for the home, young people and organisation.
