Resettlement Worker required for a supported housing/resettlement service in Warrington
As Resettlement Worker you will support ex-offenders with accommodation interventions, managing your own caseload.
Duties will be as follows:
· To complete a detailed resettlement plan for all service users, completing crisis interventions to address immediate resettlement needs where identified.
· To complete pre-release planning, including review of agreed interventions around accommodation, employment/ education and debt and finance.
· To complete agreed housing, finance, debt and employment/education interventions including the coordination of other pathway interventions by managing referrals to appropriate providers.
·To promote effective working relationships within the organisation and with other voluntary and statutory agencies.
·To support the delivery of the service in line with the organisation’s operating framework and meet Transforming Rehabilitation CRC contractual targets.
·Resettlement Workers will be self-supporting and responsible for developing and maintaining effective day-to-day running of the service in line with service specification.
To apply for the role of Resettlement Worker you will have previous resettlement support experience, have an enhanced DBS, driving license and access to their own vehicle.
This contract is 6 months fixed term
5 days per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00
