Sales Representatives

Barrowford, Lancashire, UK Permanent, Full Time £18000 - £25000 per annum

Ashberry Recruitment are looking for Sales Representatives for our well-respected client. Successful candidates will be part of a successful team responsible for securing new business by presenting our clients value proposition to qualified business opportunities.

What you will be doing?

  • Effectively self-generating your own opportunities with prospects by working with a ‘hunter’ mentality and developing relationships
  • Cross selling our clients full suite of products and services to deliver maximum value to customers
  • Managing all areas of opportunity pipeline through the end to end sales process
  • Customer contact and communication via phone and email
  • Developing strong, valuable and long-lasting relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and portfolio growth
  • Effectively relationship manage your customers and provide excellent customer service when required. You will be responsible for building and managing the relationships in your portfolio as if running your own business
  • Being accountable for your own performance – you must own your number; it is yours to achieve and exceed
  • Working with your Manager to continue to improve your skills, knowledge and performance
  • Maintain a strong relationship with your Sales Manager and regularly engage with Sales Training content to improve your knowledge.

 What we need from you?

  • A do and learn approach and the ability to demonstrate this – our client wants lifetime learners on their team
  • Brilliant communication skills (can get the point across!) as pace is critical
  • An approach that demonstrates a serial sharing of knowledge. Our client is a growing company and like to tap into all the skills they have across their employees

Salary

  • £18,000 – £25,000 per annum – dependant on experience
  • Commission structure

Hours

  • Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm
  • Friday – 9am – 1pm
  • Total of 33 hours per week
