Experienced Team Manager required to manage team of Social Workers within Permanence (Children Looked After / Children in Care)
ESSENTIAL Must have LAC/CIC previous Team Manager experience
Duties include;
Managing busy team of qualified social workers with an inclusive approach
Delivery of regular reflective supervision
Case decision making and oversight, promoting stable placement and positive long-term change and minimising risks
Management of team’s performance, case audits and continuous improvement to achieve best outcomes and promote good practice
Excellent partnership agency relationships with strong communication skills
Initial 3 month placement to cover long-term sickness
Must be able to commit to at least 3 days per week in the office on varying days and live within commutable distance to Liverpool
