Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Team Leader for one of our respected clients. Our client is an award-winning Technology and Telecoms provider.
The successful candidate must be in employment within a telecoms company as a team leader. Our client is looking for a team leader that specifically manages a team of people that sell telephony services over the desk to new businesses with the experience of looking after a team that regularly hits and exceeds targets. The team leader would be someone who manages a team that cold call but may also dial themselves.
Our client is happy to look at both.
Our client is looking to expand the existing team and are looking for the team leader to drive this as well as managing the current team.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering individual and team targets and be someone who has the drive and motivation to maximise the earning potentials that the business offers.
Hours are 08:45-17:00 Monday – Friday with a 16:30 finish on Friday.
Salary – £25,000-£30,000 Basic with OTE of £50-60k (uncapped)
