Temporary Administrator

Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a temporary administrator for our well-respected client. Our client is looking for someone to start in January 2020 for four months.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Chasing, printing and checking data from customers
  • Filing
  • Chasing supplier data
  • Updating company databases
  • Processing new customer account applications
  • Processing amendments to customer details
  • Logistics administration for waste collections

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and conscientious approach
  • Positive, enthusiastic outlook
  • Team orientated with a ‘muck in’ approach
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Quick to learn
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard or above, with a minimum of grade C GCSE in English and Mathematics
  • A wicked sense of humour

Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm

£17,000 per annum
