Ashberry Recruitment represent hundreds of experienced Residential Support Workers across the North for casual, ad-hoc and temporary work with our specialist social care clients.
Presently we are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers and are particularly interested in candidates who wish to work on this basis, with a variety of client groups including vulnerable adults with profound learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs, physical limitations and challenging behaviours in the Barnsley area.
This work with the most vulnerable people in our society includes all elements of personal care such as bathing and toileting, as well as both emotional and behavioural support so candidates must be willing and able to provide this level of care.
We are looking for candidates with experience of working within residential provision for vulnerable adults and an NVQL3 Health & Social Care qualification would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
Our temporary workers are dependable, reliable and committed. We need workers who can be available at short notice, across 7 days to include weekends, days, evenings & waking nights but are also offering ongoing temporary contracts.
