Job Title: Senior Social Worker – Compass (Initial Contact Team)

Corporate Function: Children’s safeguarding

Processing concerns within timescales to make threshold decisions
Chairing strategy meetings
Liaise with professionals and partner agencies
Attend/ cover meetings e.g Triages

As a member of Compass within Children’s Safeguarding you will support the delivery of the transformation programme in line with the Council’s vision, values and strategic objectives.
