I have worked with Ashberry Recruitment for several years within different organisations and settings, but I have always felt that they have supported my service extremely well. In my current setting we have recently gone through an acquisition from a small organisation to a much larger one. This has imposed how we have previously worked in many different ways in; both face to face with our young people and at operational level. Working alongside Sarah Shaw, Account Manager, she has always understood our homes needs around supplying staffing. Over recent weeks I believe she has gone above and beyond her role to ensure the pressures of the staffing have been supported and met. I feel we have a good and strong professional working relationship and feel that Sarah not only understands our home and our needs but also understands me professionally which is of great help.
