I am Lucille. I joined Ashberry as the Compliance Officer in 2020. From my 1st day and a short spell of two weeks in the office, I have never felt so at home (well I have been at home due to Covid lockdown!) but joking aside, I must say it’s been great joining the team from the beginning. My background has always been in Finance however, whilst juggling being Head of Finance at a Casino, I also dabbled in compliance, so the seed was already sown. I was looking for a total change and redirection of career so swapped from number crunching to rules and regulations. Compliance is not your standard 9-5 role. My day now is ensuring candidates are compliant for work and staying ahead of constant changes within legislation.

I love working at Ashberry as each day is different from the next. It is rewarding working with a team who each work with the same enthusiasm as myself.

Outside work

I am originally from the South but have been living in Lancashire for the past 20 years. I enjoy exploring the North with my partner Dean (another Southerner). We also have the travel bug and have been working our way through our bucket list of places to visit in the world. Both foodies and love trying different cuisines in our travels.
