I’m super proud and incredibly lucky to have been Ashberry’s first employee back when the company was only a 6 month old baby business. Somehow, I managed to stumble across two crazy ladies with a work ethic, morals and perhaps most importantly a sense of humour just like mine! Thank goodness we found each other!
My past career was as a ‘struggling’ actress but who’da thunk it – recruitment and supporting Jen and Kate in the running of their little empire keeps my creative cravings at bay and it’s a pleasure to come to work. The office is my stage!
From graduate resourcer, consultant and manager, I’ve bumbled my way to Associate Director and couldn’t be happier in my role working alongside and managing the most wonderful group of people I could ever wish to meet. A proud ‘mother’ to my treasured Social Care; what was once my lonely desk is now a flourishing team and I love them dearly (emosh!).
Genuinely privileged in working with some incredible organisations and fantastic candidates, I’ve been lucky enough to support and see Ashberry grow from strength to strength and I am giddy with excitement at what’s to come!
Outside work
I am blessed with fabulous family and friends who I spend my down-time with, which mostly involves eating out. Or in. Or, in fact, anything that crosses my path! A self-confessed social butterfly, ‘aunty’ to several small people and lover of all creatures great and small. My favourite things in the world (as well as food) are giggling, writing and complaining that my clothes don’t fit.
